The Scramble Celebrates 5 Wonderful, Healthy Years
This week I am marking the 5th anniversary and 250th menu of The Scramble! Whether you're a recent or long time Scrambler, I am so glad to have you as part of the Scramble family and am thrilled to be able to share dinner recipes and food thoughts and ideas with you. Five healthy years reminds me of five-a-day servings of fruits and vegetables -- I can't be the only one who's constantly striving (struggling?) to meet this goal! How about a goal of 3 servings of veggies per Scramble meal (including sides)?
I have been doing the Scramble for over a year and still love it. It takes the guesswork out of meal planning and helps me to make healthy choices. My kids love the variety and always ask me at dinner if its a Scramble meal! Congratulations on making your business a success!

I'm back as a subscriber because I always come back to my senses during the back-to-school frenzy. My request centers around kids. We have a laptop lunch bento system that the girls will use for their school lunches this year. I have the recipe book for the system, but it's a little too granola for my kids. Can you give some simple healthy school lunch options that can stay cool with an ice pack and somehow be yummy at lunch?
